March 2025. This was my second stay at Sandy’s apartment in Simbithi Eco Estate Ballito – The apartment is clean beautiful and a lovely place to come and rest. You can walk to Thomson’s Bay in 10 or so minutes OR just stay in the estate and enjoy nature with red duiker, spotted green snakes and birdlife, monkeys and many many more. It is an absolute heaven for peace and nature with expansive views from the large balcony which is our favourite BBQ spot. There is three large air conditioned bedrooms, a large kitchen and lounge with a large flat screen TV from which you can connect all your digital addictions to, but dont spend too much time inside – the estate is amazing and TV for us came wayyy last. There are a few beautiful swimming pools and nature trails to explore. Sandy is amazing, responsive and kind – a true 5 star host!

December 2024. Our stay was amazing. The accommodation was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Every detail, from the pristine linens to the spotless facilities, reflected the high standards of care and hospitality. The place is located just a stone’s throw from the beach and conveniently close to all the local amenities, it offered the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. I highly recommend it to families looking for a peaceful holiday.

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, the balance payable within 14 days of arrival. 50% deposit required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy : If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival date, the guest forfeits 50%.
If a booking is cancelled less than one month prior to arrival date, the guest forfeits 100%. There are no refunds for early departures.
Please bring your own bath, beach and hand towels.
