This modern apartment is located in a popular holiday resort in the heart of Umdloti, about a short 10 minute drive to both King Shaka International Airport and the hugely popular Gateway Theatre of Shopping. The major attractions close to the centre of Durban are only a scenic half-hour drive away.
Umdloti is a tranquil seaside village located at the mouth of the Mdloti River, north of Durban. It’s hugely popular as a holiday destination and home to a population of about 3 000 permanent residents. It boasts a natural rock pool which creates a safe swimming area ideal for snorkeling. Dolphins swim close to the beach and whales stay in the bay between July and November

November 2025. Uitstekend, sal beslis weer gebruik. Absoluut aan te beveel. Uitstekende verblyf, van begin tot einde, gerieflik, skoon, netjies, ligging goed, baie goeie diens ook vanaf die gasvrou en almal betrokke. Sal beslis aanbeveel en ook weer gebruik.
November 2025. Pragtige see uitsig. Woonstel is baie goed toegerus met alles wat jy noodig het. Ons get baie lekker gebly. Lieflike see uitsig. Sal beslis weer daar tuisgaan.
October 2025. Die woonstel is silweskoon, die gasvrou is dierbaar, en die uitsig asemrowend! Dit was ‘n besondere lekker kuier in ‘n netjiese woonstel met al die nodige geriewe. Die natuurskoon in die omgewing is uit die boonste rakke.

September 2025. The view is to die for. I enjoyed sleeping with the sound of waves and waking up to such a stunning view. The weather didn’t permit a beach bisit but the view made up for it.

July 2025. I would recommend Sands Beach Breaks to everyone. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was spotless and airy, yet still had a homely feel. With a wonderful host and quick responses we found everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Will defintely be going back!
May 2025. Gemaklik, skoon, netjies en baie gerieflik. Die woonstel was baie gemaklik. Baie netjies en baie skoon. Dit was wonderlik on elke oggend wakker te word met die uitsig oor die see.
