April 2026. The apartment is very spacious with large verandahs and quite luxurious, the estate is situated close to the beach. It is a well established estate with beautiful walking trails, a number of dams or ponds where you can spot a variety of bird life, perfect for serious birdwatchers and a few different buck. There are a number of community centres where you can go for a swim and have a bite to eat. They even deliver food to your door. It is a place where you don’t need to worry about safety.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, the balance payable within 14 days of arrival. 50% deposit required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy : If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival date, the guest forfeits 50%.
If a booking is cancelled less than one month prior to arrival date, the guest forfeits 100%. There are no refunds for early departures.
Please bring your own bath, beach and hand towels.
